Willis L. Dall

Willis Dall, 90 of Lorain, passed away on March 15, 2018 at Ohio Veterans Home in Sandusky. Willis was born on February 4, 1928 in Cleveland, Ohio. He attended Lorain High School. Willis served in the U.S. Army Air Corps. Willis was an owner, operator and independent steel hauler. He was an avid card player and enjoyed watching the Indians and Browns.

He is survived by son, Dennis (Phyllis) Dall of Lorain; daughter, Barbara (Ray) Paukst of Elyria; 5 grandchildren; Bryan Dall, Scott Dall, Julia Caputo, David Paukst, and Michael Paukst;  9 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis G. (nee: Falasca); mother, Wahneta L. (nee: Haake) Bobel; step-father; Gus Bobel; infant son; and nephew, Jerome Falasca.

The family will receive friends at Reidy-Scanlan-Giovannazzo Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2150 Broadway, Lorain (440) 244-1961 on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 from 10 AM until the time of closing prayers at 11:30 AM. Christian burial services will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Lorain, OH where military honors will be performed by the Amvets Post 32.
