Sheffield Lake - Joseph Calabrese Jr., 74, passed away at his home with his loving family by his side on Friday, November 3, 2017.

Joseph was born in Lorain, OH on January 11, 1943 to his loving parents, Joseph Sr. and Lena (nee Sorino) Calabrese.

He attended Clearview High School. Joe married his beloved Debra (nee Bennett) on September 15, 1979. He worked as a Superintendent at the Ford Motor Company in Lorain, OH for 33 ½ years. Following his retirement from Ford Motor Company, the next day, he started his new career with TRW as a Technical Representative for almost 22 years. Joe with his wife, Debra ran rental properties in Lorain for 12 years. He was a very hardworking man but he made it a point to always put his family first. He loved his Mustang’s and riding his Harley. He also enjoyed drag racing at Norwalk Raceway Park.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Debra Calabrese; children, Darlene (Joseph) Deeb, Sheila (James) Andolsek, Joseph Scott Calabrese, Anthony Joseph (Kimberly) Calabrese and Nicholas Adam Calabrese; sister, Mary Nardozzi; brothers, Ralph (Martha) and David Calabrese; mother-in-law, Rita Bennett; many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many loving family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Lena; and sister, Carrie Simmons.
