Barbara “Babs” Paytosh
Lorain - Barbara A. Paytosh (nee Justin), 87, died peacefully at home after a brief illness under the care of New Life Hospice on Tuesday, September 28, 2021.
Barbara was born on June 1, 1934 in Lorain, OH where she was a lifelong resident. She graduated from Lorain High School, Class of 1952. Barb was a member of St. Peter Parish in Lorain, Lorain Historical Society, and Second Century. Babs had an extensive employment history as she worked into her 80’s, working at Bendix, Nelson Stud, Griffith Blacktop, Lorain Products, Lorain City Schools and Cedar Point. She enjoyed singing with the Church choir, bowling, golfing, hiking, traveling, casino trips and she was an avid Cleveland Browns and Indians fan.
Babs is survived by her partner of 24 years, Ron Camp; daughters, Laurie Piskur and Lisa (James) Biltz; grandchildren, Carrie (Erik) McKnight, Phil (Kellie) Piskur and Nate Paytosh; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Paytosh in 1994; and her parents, John Justin and Frances (nee Woltman) Kotoski.

The family will receive friends at St. Peter Parish, 3655 Oberlin Ave., Lorain, OH on Thursday, September 30, 2021 from 10:30 AM until the time of the Memorial Mass at 11:30 AM, Fr. Craig M.
