Lorain - Gwendolyn M. (nee Lonas) Eggeson, 91, passed away on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.

Gwen was born to her loving parents John and Hazel (nee Kearney) Lonas Sr.  on June 24, 1929 in New Florence, PA. She married the love of her life Robert Charles Eggeson Sr. on May 5, 1951. She worked for Community Hospital snack shop and was a member of First Lutheran Church. Gwen enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 years, Robert Charles Eggeson Sr. and her parents John and Hazel Lonas.

She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Kannard (Eggeson) of Lorain; son, Robert Eggeson Jr. of Westlake; Janice Pratt (Eggeson) of Lorain;  Jerri Wojciak(Eggeson) of Sheffield Lake; 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
