Lorain – Leonard Wozniak, 79, passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at the Cleveland Clinic-Avon Campus.
He attended the Murray Ridge Center in Lorain, OH where he assisted in production and assembly.
He is survived by his cousin, John Longwell.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Stephen and Lillian (nee Longwell) Wozniak.
