Lois J. Mihalek, 65, passed away on Friday, November 18, 2022 at University Hospital Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, OH.

Lois was born to her loving parents, James C. And Pearl L. (Nee Lonas) Keenan Sr., on January 11, 1957 in Lorain, OH. She was a graduate of Brookside High School in Sheffield Lake, OH class of 1976. She married the love of her life, Dennis Mihalek, on January 8, 1977. She was the assistant troop leader for her daughter’s girl scouts troop, enjoyed riding the motorcycle, scrap booking, decorating for the holidays, working in the yard, spending time with her grandchildren, and loved animals, especially her pet dogs and cats.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Pearl Keenan Sr.; and her brother, Jim.

She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Dennis Mihalek; daughters, Kathryn and Stephanie (John) Shelton; 3 grandchildren, Genevieve, Gwendolyn, and Gabriella Shelton; brothers, Walter (Lori) and Kenneth; and many loving family and friends.

The family will receive friends at Reidy-Scanlan-Giovannazzo Funeral Home, 2150 Broadway, Lorain, OH on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, from 3:00 until the time of the funeral service at 6:30 PM. Online condolences may be sent using www.rsgfuneralhome.com.
