Milenna E. Padilla-Lopez
Milenna E. Padilla-Lopez, 24, of Lorain, OH, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 6, 2022 in Sheffield Village, OH.
Milenna was born on January 16, 1997 in Amherst, OH. She attended Elyria Catholic High School and graduated from Lorain High School, Class of 2015. During High School, she played basketball and volleyball, was a cheerleader, enjoyed dancing, was part of Folklorico Dance Group and she especially enjoyed ballet. Milenna was the General Manager of McDonald’s as she was attending Lorain County JVS dental assistant program and would have completed the program this February. Milenna was a very hard worker and also had worked at Save A Lot, Taco Bell, and JcPenny.
Milenna is survived by her beloved children, Hiram E Childress, Darian R. Lopez, Miliani C. Kimbrough, and Jade-Lanie Kimbrough; parents, Jessica M. Mojica and Luis Javier Alvarez; siblings, Joseph Padilla, Erika (Alberto “Tito” Rivera) Padilla, Javier Alvarez, Genesis Alvarez, and Misael Alvarez; maternal grandparents, Eileen Rosario and Eliud Mojica; former spouse, Darian R. Lopez; and many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her infant brother, Isaias Eliud Alvarez.

Milenna’s family will receive family and friends at Sacred Heart Chapel, 4301 Pearl Ave., Lorain, OH 44055 on Thursday, January 13, 2022 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Chapel on Friday, January 14, 2022 at 9:30 AM, Rev. William A. Thaden, Pastor, officiating. Christian Burial services will follow the Mass at Calvary Cemetery in Lorain, OH. Masks are mandatory during all services. Arrangements by Reidy-Scanlan-Giovannazzo Funeral Home, Lorain.
