Elyria- Richard Yager, 72, passed away on March 29, 2022 at ResCare in Lagrange, OH.

He was born January 20, 1950 in Lorain, OH to his loving parents, Alexander and Mary Yager.

Richard graduated from Lorain High School, Class of 1969. He worked at Murray Ridge Production for 33 years. Richard enjoyed bowling, playing cards, board games and showing home movies.

He is survived by his brother, Jeff Yager.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alexander and Mary (nee: Letizia) Yager; grandparents, aunts, and uncles.

Family and friends will be received at Reidy-Scanlan-Giovannazzo Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 2150 Broadway, Lorain on Monday, April 4, 2022 at 10:30 AM. There will be a private graveside service at Calvary Cemetery in Lorain, OH at a later date. Online condolences may be sent using www.rsgfuneralhome.com.
